Sub.: Minutes of the meeting with the stakeholders to discuss issues related to the Hunar Se Rozgar training to be implemented by classified hotels

Dear Member,

A meeting was held to discuss the issues related to the Hunar Se Rozgar training to be undertaken by classified hotels chaired by the Joint Secretary (Tourism) on 20.03.2017 and following unanimous decision was taken:

“There is no case for relaxation of the existing guidelines as the HSR training programmes have been suspended only four days prior to the end of the calendar year 2016. The hotels would any way have had to complete their yearly targets as per the guidelines in each calendar year. The lapse in achieving these targets would prima facie appear as negligence on the part of the concerned hotel. As such the situation, does not warrant any amendment in the existing guidelines.”
