Dear Member,
Greetings from FHRAI.
The next edition of the ICPB annual flagship event - 12th Conventions India Conclave will be held from 29-31 August 2019 at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, Kerala with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and State Govt. of Kerala as the host state.
This would be an exclusive opportunity for MICE exhibitors to showcase their products to potential domestic and international buyers. The event is expected to attract more than 200 buyers including 30 international buyers. Apart from the networking during the 12th Convention, the exhibitors would also meet the buyers in the pre -scheduled meetings.

There will be an exclusive area /floor space for exhibition stalls of size 3X3 sqm. each at a nominal rate to showcase your products and network with potential buyers besides attending the interesting and informative conference sessions.
The cost in INR of booth size of 3X3 sqm. is as under :-

Additional Delegate 5,000/-
One delegate without Exhibition Space 7,500/-
Non- Member rates
Exhibition Space (3X3 sqm) with Two delegates 65,000/-
Additional Delegate 7,500/-
One delegate without Exhibition Space 10,000/-
Note: Above rates are exclusive of GST. All taxes are applicable as per Govt. rules.
The closing date for exhibitors to block space is 15th July 2019.
Numbers of stalls are limited and allocation of stalls will be through draw of lots in the presence of exhibitor’s representatives, who wish to be present. To be eligible for participation in the draw of lots full payment along with registration form is required to be made with ICPB.
