FHRAI COVID – 19 Awareness Training Programme - FSSAI APPROVED

Dear Member,
Please be informed that FHRAI in collaboration with Parikshan as a Training Partner will be organising the FSSAI approved COVID - 19 Awareness Program of Food Safety Training and Certification (FOSTAC) for its Members. The program is organised keeping in view the awareness requirements about this pandemic and necessary precautions Food Business Operators should take before restarting their operations.
Based on the guidelines of FOSTAC, the program will cover precautions and steps Hospitality Industry establishments should ensure to implement starting from receiving of raw materials, guest service, lobby management, and rooms maintenance post COVID – 19.
FHRAI is organising these sessions to instil confidence in its members, their guests, and the work force and to prepare them tackle the post pandemic situation. The trainings will be conducted online using ZOOM platform.

*FOSTAC awareness program certificate will be issued to the participants successfully attending the program. There is no cost involved as this is a part of the FHRAI membership service to its Members and Regional Association members [HRANI, HRAEI, HRAWI, & SIHRA].
