SUB: IRCTC INVITING OFFERS TO FOR RE-DEVELOPING, OPERATING, MAINTAINING AND TRANSFER OF RAIL YATRI NIWAS AT NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION

Dear Member,

As you are aware, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) is a "Mini Ratna (Category- 1)" Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India.

IRCTC has invited offers to appoint Sub-Licensee for Re-developing, Operating, Maintaining and Transfer (ROMT) of Rail Yatri Niwas at New Delhi Railway Station. The online tender is available on : https://irctc.com:8080/IRCTC/resources/jsps/UploadedTenderReport1.jsp 

IRCTC intends to engage existing hotel operators for the Rail Yatri Niwas Project at New Delhi Railway Station and hence invited FHRAI members to the pre-bid conference at the below mentioned date, time and venue-:

• Date :-            20th June 2022
• Time:-             12:00 hrs
• Venue:-          IRCTC Corporate Office, 11th Floor, Statesman House Building, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi – 110 001

Members who are interested to physically attend the pre-bid meeting are requested to send their confirmations at asg@fhrai.com by 5.00 pm, Saturday, 18th June 2022.
