For seamless and dominating Indian presence in the above fairs, it is requested that the list of co exhibitors willing to participate in the above fairs with clear indication may be forwarded to this office by the association latest by July 31st 2019.
It has been observed in the past that many agencies after showing their initial interest backs out at the last moment wasting the chance of other potential partners. Therefore it is again requested that a consolidated list must be forwarded by the association only giving equal chance to the new participants.
Confirmation for participation is subject to receipt of complete participation fee.
