Mandatory steps to complete the process of discount cards printing online as given below:

1. Invoice/Payment: Click on check box > Pay Now (For online payment)
2. Listing for Website: Click on View/Edit > Save and Next > Submit
3. Authorized Signatory: Select Yes / No:
   • If No: Tick the Consent box > Submit.
   • If Yes: Please download Auth. Form, Print and upload duly filled & signed Auth. Form in Pdf File.
4. Discount Card: Click on Apply/Edit > Update or update both.

Note:

• Please re-check photo, name and designation and validity date after apply/edit discount cards. If any discrepancy found, please share photo and other changes by email at fhrai@fhrai.com immediately.
• If the payment is made by NEFT/RTGS or DD/cheque, kindly share the payment reference number via email on membership@fhrai.com. Upon payment confirmation, discount cards can be applied online via above process or you may share the nomination form via email/courier.
