Subject:- Notifications Regarding SEIS Claims for FY 2019-20 and Extension of Export Obligation Period
Dear Member,
Please be informed that Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India has notified the rates for SEIS claims as 3 % for hotels and restaurants for FY 2019-20. Also the DGFT has extended the Export Obligation period of specified advance and EPCG authorization till 31.12.2021. The following notifications on these subjects are enclosed for your reference.
- Extension in the Export Obligation period of specified Advance & EPCG Authorisations till 31.12.2021.
- Service Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) for services rendered in the Financial Year 2019-20.
