Greetings from FHRAI!
As informed earlier, the 56th FHRAI Annual Convention is being held in Varanasi from 21st to 23rd August, 2026 on the theme Ananta Kashi: Leading the Future of Tourism through Spirit, Culture, Cuisine, and Craft.
The theme “Ananta Kashi” reflects the timeless essence of Varanasi, symbolizing spirituality, heritage, and endless possibilities. It brings together the city’s spiritual depth, rich cultural traditions, distinctive cuisine, and vibrant craftsmanship to create a holistic tourism experience.
The Taj Ganges, Varanasi will be the main Convention venue. Besides this, arrangements for the stay of the delegates have been made at the following Hotels; Radisson, DoubleTree By Hilton, Hotel Hindusthan International, Ramada Plaza by Wyndham JHV, The Clarks, Rivatas by Ideal, The Amayaa, Surya Kaiser Palace, and The India Benaras, Varanasi.

Delegates are requested to fill it and send along with the payment to the FHRAI Office, New Delhi.
Please note that the hotel booking can be done only after confirmation of delegate registration. After payment of delegate fee, the delegate can select a hotel of their choice and an automated email will be sent to the delegate containing the contact details of the hotel representative. A copy of this email will also be marked to the hotel.
