Dear Member,
We are delighted to inform you that Mr. Surendra Kumar Jaiswal has been elected as the President of the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) for 2025-26. The election was conducted after the 69th AGM of FHRAI held at Hotel Le-Meridien, New Delhi on 27th September, 2025.
Mr. Surendra Kumar Jaiswal completed his Senior Cambridge from St. Francis College, Intermediate from Christ Church College, Lucknow and went on to pursue B.Sc. and LLB from Lucknow University. He further specialized in Hotel Management from the Food Craft Institute, Lucknow.
As a second- generation entrepreneur, Mr. Surendra Kumar Jaiswal heads a diverse hospitality group that owns and manages leading properties in Uttar Pradesh. These include Ramada Plaza, Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Centre, Ramada Encore at Kanpur Road and Ramada Encore Lucknow Airport Hotel at Lucknow International Airport. The Group also owns iconic establishments such as Hotel Deep Palace, Hotel Deep Avadh and Deep Hotel in Lucknow along with Hotel Deep Mayur in Kanpur.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Jaiswal is actively involved in philanthropy through the Deep Narain Jaiswal Charitable Trust, which contributes to various social and community development initiatives.
Mr. Surendra Kumar Jaiswal also held various other positions in FHRAI in the past years.
