Please be informed that the DGFT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry has issued a Public Notice regarding ‘Some amendments in Chapter 5 of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) with immediate effect and these are applicable for EPCG authorizations issued under FTP 2015 – 20’.
