Renewal of FHRAI Membership for the FY 2023-2024

Sub: Renewal of FHRAI Membership for the FY 2023-2024

Dear Member,  

At the outset, I take this opportunity to extend our sincerest gratitude to each one of you for the continued support and trust offered to FHRAI in the past. While we are on the onset of renewal of FHRAI membership for the financial year 2023-2024, we would like to inform you that FHRAI has made a slight revision in the membership fee structure. The membership fee has been enhanced by about 8% after a period of long four years, w.e.f. 1st   April 2023.

You are requested to go through your invoice before making the renewal payment. We will send the Renewal Information via mail shortly and send the hard copies by ordinary postal service to your establishment's address before 10th April 2023.

From this year onwards, it is mandatory to furnish the following statutory requirement by each member: 

•         PAN number (Mandatory)
•         CIN Number (if applicable)
•         GST Number (if applicable) or mention as Un-Registered (if not having GSTIN)

Member can login on our website www.fhrai.com  to provide their details before making the renewal payment or can download the form via the link: Annex_Mandatory Form.xlsx and send it back to us duly filled.

All the members must have their login details for the member to login via our website. If anyone wants to change the login details, please send the Name of Person, Designation, Mobile, Email ID at fhrai@fhrai.com / membership@fhrai.com with their FHRAI Membership code and Establishment Name and City. 

If you have done the payment via NEFT/ RTGS or directly deposited the cheque, kindly share the transaction details at the earliest to update the payment status along with the above required details. No payment will be updated without the above mandatory details.

Below is the mandatory process for updating the discount cards for this year (For Hotel/ Restaurant Members only): 

1.  After making the payment, Nomination form must be shared with us to process the discount cards for the year (even if the Nominees are same as last year). 

2.  Discount cards will be dispatched to you through your respective Regional Associations on completion of the procedure. Please make sure to renew your Regional Membership also to get the FHRAI discount cards.

3.  No refund will be done after issuance of the discount cards.
