Sub: FBO Meet with Food Service Establishments (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering Services) - FSSAI
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that FSSAI is organising a FBO Meet with Food Service Establishments (FSEs), including hotels, restaurants, catering services, and their associations, under the Chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), FSSAI.
The details of the meeting are as under:
Date: 6th January 2026
Time: 3:00 PM onwards
Venue: FSSAI Headquarters, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi
Mode: Physical & Online
(Members are requested to preferably attend in Physical Mode)
The meeting aims to enhance regulatory awareness, strengthen compliance, and discuss sector-specific issues under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and related regulations. The agenda will include discussions on:
- Labelling requirements
- FoSCoS compliance
- Annual returns
- Menu labelling
- Internal audits
- Schedule IV compliance
In this regard, members are requested to nominate participants from their Hotel/Restaurant/Catering Establishment for attending the meeting.
