Subject: Cleartrip Onboarded as Official Travel Partner for FHRAI Annual Convention
Dear Members,
As you are aware, the 56th Annual Convention of FHRAI is scheduled to be held from 21st to 23rd August 2026 at Taj Ganges, Varanasi on the theme “Ananta Kashi: Leading the Future of Tourism through Spirit, Culture, Cuisine, and Craft.”
We are happy to inform you that Cleartrip has agreed to be the Official Travel Partner for the FHRAI Annual Convention and agreed to provide the following facilities to the delegates.
- Cleartrip has set up a dedicated desk for all the flight bookings for the delegates travelling for the FHRAI Convention and the telephone no. is 022-69938502.
- For the light bookings, operational hours are from 11 AM to 07 PM.
- The delegate needs to mention that their call pertains to FHRAI Convention and accordingly Cleartrip Team will tag them and offer the best rates with committed flexibility.
- They are also offering a free cancellation of air tickets 24 hours prior to the trip, specifically for the delegates of the Convention.

To facilitate a comfortable stay for all delegates, we have blocked rooms in all leading hotels in Varanasi at special discounted rates. However, as the Convention coincides with the auspicious month of Shravan—a period of significant religious importance in Varanasi, hotel room availability is expected to become extremely limited closer to the dates.
In view of the above, we strongly encourage all members to complete their delegate registration at the earliest and secure hotel bookings well in advance to avail the negotiated rates and preferred accommodation.
