Subject: Information Regarding the EOGM scheduled on 9th July 2026 regarding termination of membership of Opium Bar cum Restaurant, represented by Mr. Pranav Singh and Manthan Bar & Restaurant, represented by Mr. Sudesh Poddar
Dear Member,
This is to inform you that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of FHRAI is scheduled to be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, 09th July 2026 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi – 110001 to consider, and if thought fit to pass with or without modification(s), a Special Resolution in regard to termination of the primary membership of the establishments represented by Mr. Sudesh Poddar, Vice President, FHRAI and Mr. Pranav Singh, Jt. Hony. Secretary, FHRAI for acting in derogation of the interests of the Federation.
Members may also note that the outcome of the EOGM shall not be given effect to in view of the NCLT order dated 15.05.2026 until the said order is vacated / modified.
In this regard, FHRAI had sent the Notice for EOGM on 20th June 2026 to the registered email ids of all the members and the same along with other relevant documents can be downloaded by clicking on the links below;

FHRAI has provided an e-voting facility to all its members. All Hotel & Restaurant members, as on 31st March 2026, will receive a communication from Right2Vote containing their User ID and Password to access the e-voting facility in order to participate in the EOGM of FHRAI.
The e-voting period will commence at 09:00 A.M. on Monday, 06th July, 2026 and will end at 05:00 P.M. on Wednesday, 08th July, 2026.
