SUB: FHRAI SURVEY ON SERVICE CHARGE
Dear Member,
This is in refence to the petition filed by FHRAI in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on the Service Charge matter, challenging the guidelines of CCPA.
During the hearing of the matter on 12th April, 2023, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi directed FHRAI to furnish some information on levying of service charge by members of FHRAI.
In accordance to the Hon’ble Delhi High Court order, FHRAI is conducting a survey to collate information from the members.
