SUB: FHRAI SURVEY ON SERVICE CHARGE
Dear Member,
As you are aware, FHRAI had filed a petition in the in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for challenging the guidelines of CCPA on the Service Charge matter. Subsequently, the Hon’ble Court directed FHRAI to furnish some information on levying of service charge by the members of FHRAI.
In this regard, FHRAI conducted a survey among the members on 20th July 2023 to gather feedback of the members on the subject matter. However, that survey hasn’t elicited the required participation of our members and thus we are doing the survey once again.
The members are hereby requested to actively participate in the Survey and furnish the requisite information.
