Sub: Invitation to Explore Property Development Opportunities along Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor
Dear Member,
As you may be aware, The National Capital Region Transport Corporation is a joint venture company of the Government of India and the states of Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. The NCRTC is offering strategically located land parcels of varying sizes on a long-term lease basis (30–60 years) for property development. These land parcels present a valuable opportunity for private businesses and developers to establish retail, commercial, and other facilities, including banquet halls, CBT centres, and similar ventures.
In this context, NCRTC has engaged KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited to support its property development initiatives along the Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor.
NCRTC also proposes to convene a stakeholder consultation meeting in the coming weeks to deliberate on these opportunities and to solicit the valuable suggestions and feedback of the stakeholders. Furthermore, site visits may be arranged for interested stakeholders who wish to inspect the available land parcels. Interested participants may coordinate with the ARS Department via email at ars@ncrtc.in or alokpandey6@kpmg.com for scheduling a site visit.
