Sub:- APIIC Invitation for Development of Convention & Hospitality Destination in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Dear Member,
We are pleased to inform you that Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) has invited leading developers, hospitality operators, infrastructure companies, investors and consortium’s to participate in the bid process for the development of a landmark Convention, Exhibition, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Real Estate Destination at a prime location in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Key Points of the project are given below:-
- Project Area: Approximately 20 acres
- Convention Centre: 5,000-seat capacity
- Exhibition Hall: Approximately 1 lakh sq. ft.
- Development Potential: Approximately 10 lakh sq. ft.
- Hotel: Approximately 250-key star-category hotel
- Other Components: Retail, F&B, entertainment, tourism and other revenue-generating developments
- PPP Concession Period: 33 years
The project offers an opportunity to develop a world-class integrated destination with diversified revenue streams, comprising convention, exhibition, hospitality, commercial, retail, entertainment, and tourism-related components.
