This is to inform you that FSSAI has prepared a Guidance Note on "Elimination of Trans Fatty Acids – Moving Towards A Trans Fat Free India" for FBOs involved in different sectors such as Oil/Fats and other foods manufacturer, Chefs/ Halwai's /Bakeries as well as for Consumers and Food Laboratories.
