SUB: RECHECKING / CONFIRMATION OF GSTIN FOR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
 
Dear Member,
 
This is in reference to membership payments received from our esteemed members and the GSTIN mentioned thereof along with such payments.
 
It has come to our notice that GSTIN of some of our members, as mentioned in the membership payments, do not match with that of the GSTIN number in FHRAI record. In such a scenario, it becomes difficult for the Accounts Department to ascertain which GSTIN number to consider.
 
It is recommended to all our esteemed members to re-check their GSTIN before making any membership payment to make the accounting transparent and error-free, with minimal variance between statutory records and the financials.
 
Hence, we humbly request our members to kindly check the GSTIN of their respective establishments, and inform FHRAI of any changes in GSTIN within 15 days to  finance@fhrai.com  and accounts@fhrai.com, to update our records. After, the expiry of the said period, FHRAI will not be able to take any request for GSTIN change.
